SwiftAgent ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our AI agent platform (the "Service").

We act as a Data Controller for your account information and a Data Processor for the customer data you process through our AI agents, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Swedish Data Protection Act (Lag (2018:218) med kompletterande bestämmelser till EU:s dataskyddsförordning).

Our use of cookies and tracking technologies is governed by the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (Lag (2003:389) om elektronisk kommunikation), implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email address, password, and billing details (via Stripe).
  • Business Data: Company name, industry, service menu, and operational details.
  • Usage Data: Interactions with our agents, booking logs, and performance metrics (via Supabase).
  • Customer Data: Phone numbers and message content processed by your agents.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the AI agent service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Improve our AI models (using anonymized, aggregated data only).
  • Comply with legal obligations in Sweden and the EU.

4. Data Sharing & Processors

We use the following third-party service providers (Data Processors) to help us deliver the Service:

  • Supabase: Database and Authentication (Hosted in EU/Frankfurt).
  • Stripe: Payment processing (Security & PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.
  • OpenAI/Anthropic: LLM inference (Data is not used for training their models).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Export your data in a portable format.
